Well folks, our member list has continued to grow over the past year. We've grown to about 2184 members with a huge growth during 2009 of approximately 350 members.
I firmly believe that it's the best Spyder site available and also a great source of information, history and mechanical knowledge.
Also, we don't want to forget that we lost Lionel from Lousiana back in April which was a huge loss not only to his family but to our community but, we all pushed on and have made it thorugh another year.
If you go out tomorrow night to celebrate the New Year, be careful as a lot of drunks will be on the highway.
Above all, have fun but, if you drink, don't drive

Thanks to all the members that participated in sending me a wonderful Honey baked ham and a great candy basket.
Special thanks goes out to Darcie and to Steve. Darcie orchestrated this gesture and as I understand it, her and Steve financed most of the cost with help from other members...
You're a great group of people and Darcie and Steve, you're very wonderful people

My thanks goes out to Darci (Spydergirl) for orchestrating the sending of a Sympathy card along with obtaining all the sympathy responses from so many of our members.

Folks, I'll be around on this board probably early in the morning and late evening for an unspecified amount of time.
My mother passed away on Tuesday Sept. 29th and since I'm the only surviving member of my immediate family, I have a great deal of things that I must attend to.
If something comes up and you need information, don't hesitate to send a PM or an Email but don't expect an immediate answer.
I'll let you know when things return to normal order.

A few other boards use the title Off Topic and it includes anything that isn't directly related to the topic of the Forum.
In our case, this means anything not related directly to a Spyder. This includes general BS, motorcycles, tanks, armored cars, religion, politics, quantum physics, and what have you??
Please post resposibly and remember, if you don't like what you see then change channels.
It's OFF TOPIC and a place to vent (within reason)
