The 5.5 rims have an extra inch on the outside lip.
A 4.5 and long axles has the same appearance as a 5.5 and a short axle.
If you want the rear wheel to sit inboard more, you could either go with short axles, or check and see if there is enough meat on the 4.5 rim to move the rim centre farther out.
(4 welds to grind, reposition the centre, and re weld). _________________ |
