Yes...thats my car and she's a beaut. It has been a long haul to get to this point – don’t ask how long. I agree it is a sexy color on that little body. Getting me to fit in that little body best will be an ongoing project in the realm sorting out - I am an XXL guy.
I picked up my Vintage at Greg’s new shop last weekend and I am really very happy with it all - trailered it home 500 miles and when I arrived home at 1:30 in the morning instead of going to bed I took it out for a drive - 75 deg night very nice - but not much sleep that night. I bought a 2276 motor w ported heads from CB, had the car painted BMW sterling Grey and a tan interior. The wheels are Boyd Coddington’s and they really show well.
I am really happy that the weather is great and I can drive this car - yeah I have to get the temporary reg. and get lined up for SB100 in January. But for now it is a lot of fun - the wife likes it, and my daughter loves it.

Cheers

Great looking car. Should go well with that special Calistoga water from your home city.

Start thinking about getting an appointment at your local DMV, first thing Tuesday morning January 2nd 2007.

Thanks, technically we have Callistoga water in our well, but the local wine ain't too bad either.
I will be set up for January 2 except for the minor detail that I will be out of state until the 6th at the in-laws! Would it work if I have someone (like my brother or one of my employees) do the final January 2nd paperowrk on my behalf?
Or does the registered owner have to do the SB100 work?

I'm not sure but I would be on the phone tomorrow calling DMV. If you wait until Jan 6th, all 500 of the SB100 exemptions will be history.

Congrats on the car! It is truly one of the most beautiful I have seen! LOVE the interior, and the wheels are to die for!

But I still need to know how you do that invisible man thing :D
